CLAY CARE

All of our products are handmade from polymer clay, designed to be lightweight yet strong and durable.

The process from start to finish takes time & care & it will be very rare that you will get a set that looks like identical twins. This is the beauty of handcraft pieces. There is a well thought out process that is behind the labour, fine details, style & the imperfections. The end result is a beautifully crafted piece that POPS with so much purpose, uniqueness & authenticity just like its new owner.

Polymer clay is slightly flexible when cured meaning it withstands situations other types of clay would not; it should not shatter when dropped, and will bend before it breaks. Some of our products are more delicate than others so it is important to handle with care. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.

Harder materials such as metal can scratch the surface of your clay, and chemicals can damage their appearance. Store them separately from metal objects and jewellery, and keep them away from perfumes, cleaning products and excessive amounts of water.

To clean, gently wipe with a baby wipe or lightly damped cloth.

CLAY CONFIDENCE & RETURN POLICY

If the clay from your earrings break, the earring backs or jump rings break within 2 weeks of your order please take a picture email hellotaliciabolea@gmail.com immediately with a description of how the damage occurred. Once your email is received the issue will be resolved in a timely manner.

Earrings will not be replaced if incorrect treatment occurs (dropped, bent, incorrect storage, exposed to water etc).

CLAY SHIPPING

All orders are packed safely, with care & love however if your earrings arrive damaged please take a photo as soon as you receive your order & email hellotaliciabolea@gmail.com so that this can be resolved for you. If you do not email within 24hrs of receiving your order unfortunately a replacement can not be issued. To ensure high hygiene standards when purchasing jewellery or accessories, returns are not accepted.

Orders will be processed within 8-12 business days & shipped thereafter. There is a $10 flat rate shipping fee for all orders, however an Express option is also available at $13 in Australia.

A $20 flat rate shipping fee for all International orders which will automatically be added when you are at the checkout section of your order.

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped with Australia Post via you email address.

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, there may be a delay in shipping. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
